Delivery Charges as follows:
Below $100 - $20 flat rate
Below $250 - $10 flat rate
Above $250 - Free delivery (except for Lim Chu Kang, offshore islands, parts of Tuas)
- For Orders above $251: Free Delivery
- Order and Pick up directly from our shop: Free
- Any delivery time outside our schedule will incur a flat $25 surcharge.
- Please note that we do not deliver to or any offshore island (except Sentosa)
- Delivery to Lim Chu Kang area and Tuas incurs a flat $25 delivery surcharge over and beyond any regular delivery charges.
- There is no minimum amount for delivery. We can delivery all orders base on rates above. If delivery service is unavailable or at higher rates (ie Chinese New Year) our staff will inform you when confirming your orders.
Additional Charges:
- ERP Charges (for delivery to relevant central areas): Varies (driver will inform you of any ERP charges if your delivery address is within ERP zones. You will have to reimburse the driver with cash at the point of delivery)
- If you are not on location at the earliest time indicated when our van driver arrives and we have to make a significant return trip there will be a $10 surcharge.
- There will be extra charges for delivery during Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year depending on the prevailing rates. You will be informed of the rate prior to confirmation of delivery.
Delivery Process
- On the day of delivery itself, we will call you with an estimated time of delivery so you need not wait at location (from 3pm to7pm). Please be on location at the earliest informed time as our driver will NOT be able to wait for you.
- For delivery to chalets and NParks BBQ pits, we have fixed delivery locations to the nearest car parks or loading bay in the respective chalets/parks. Please ensure that there are enough people to help carry the food in to your BBQ pit.
- For delivery to condominiums, HDB flats and landed property, we will deliver to the nearest lift. If you need help carrying items to your unit or to the pit please check with our drivers on the day itself. They will try to help out as long as it does not affect his delivery time schedule.
- Please note that we do have a very tight delivery schedule, especially during the peak periods of Friday, Saturday & public holidays. Hence, our driver will NOT be able to wait for you if you are not there, and will proceed to the rest of the delivery and push you to the last slot, which will be quite late and way out of the original pre-arranged time. Please help us be on location at pre-arranged delivery time so everyone gets their food on time.

Our special delivery schedule is:
In ½ hour intervals from 10am to 730pm.
For self-pickup schedule is:
10.00am to 6.00pm or anytime pre scheduled with our staff. Please note collection will be delayed from 2-3pm. If possible avoid this time slot.
