1. Please make your order 2 days in advance. We don’t allow orders to be cancelled or changed 48 hours before delivery.
2. Delivery timings are from 10am to 12pm and from 3.00pm to 7.00pm. Whilst we will do our best to accede to your preferred timing, we reserve the right to amend the timing depending on the delivery route planning and/or traffic conditions.
3. In the event of a promotion, kindly quote the promotion when making the order. We will not accept discount vouchers or promotions at the point of delivery.
4. Please note that if no payment is made prior to or when we deliver the food, we reserve the right to withhold delivery of the food.
5.  Delivery charges of $20 applies for orders below $100 and $10 for orders between $100 and $180. Delivery charges will automatically waived if your order is at least $180. There is an additional fee of $25 if you specify a specific time for your order to be delivered. This also applies to orders above $180. Other charges such as ERP and prevailing taxes may apply.
