Air-flown top-grade New Zealand rack of lamb cut for easy roasting or BBQ. Marinated with herbs, spices, garlic, and olive oil. A luxurious gourmet dish fit for all BBQ parties or just roll it up and stuff in the oven for easy roasting to 55-60c. Good for 4-6 persons to share. Cooking Sous Vide to a perfect medium-rare will render the tender, but there is no color or crunch or the toasty smell to the lamb rack hence all we need you to do is to preheat your grill to high and sear it.
Finishing only takes about two minutes per side over high heat!
