Heat & Eat Juicy and tender chilled Australian lamb rump steaks. Marinated and sous vide cooked to perfect medium rare.

*Note* We will Pre-Sous Vide (Cooking it to a very precise temperature in a water bath) the lamb rump steak roast to a perfect medium-rare tender. All you need is to preheat your grill/pan to high heat and seared it 4 - 5 min on each side or set your oven at high heat to brown, then reduce heat to finish.
